In order to provide excellence in our educational and informational resources for Notaries Public we require all of our applicants to adhere to our hiring procedures and fulfill all of our employment qualifications required for each position.
- All applicants must be over 18 years of age.
- Must be a current resident of Pennsylvania.
- Must possess a current and valid driver license.
- Must be a currently commissioned Notary Public.
- Must not have ANY criminal record.
- Must submit to a background check. (NOT CREDIT)
- Must be fluent in the English language.
Some positions may require a certain level of experience and equipment which is reviewed and evaluated at the time of application, hire or promotion.
All open employment positions available at PANotaryinc. will be posted on the website until filled. All applicants must submit a resume with a letter of interest via email. No phone calls will be taken.
There will be two interview sessions. Applicants will be notified of pending interview either through email or phone. All initial interviews will be via phone. All subsequent interviews will be in person unless travel is not convenient.
Following the second interview the position will be offered to qualified and approved candidates on a probationary basis. This will be a two week probationary training period for all in house (staff) positions.
Our out of county ambassadors or instructors are subject to a six month probationary training period. All of new staff, county ambassadors and instructors will be evaluated by current staff during the probationary period. After all probation time is completed the evaluations will be reviewed and an offer of employment will be issued to qualifying participants.
Marketing Ambassador
We are currently looking for hard working Notaries to help us facilitate the needs of ALL Notaries in PA. These positions will be filled in each county depending on population. You will have a definitive territory. Within that territory your job requirements will be helping us fill the need for our marketing and staffing in that county. This is a ground floor opportunity! With your local expertise you will help us scout locations for classes, suggest marketing ideas, and make contact with local businesses and other Notaries. There is room for advancement as we will be filling instructor positions within a few months. These positions consist of base salary and commission based on your involvement. And you must be a commissioned Notary Public in Pennsylvania for a least one commission. Please send us a brief resume with your experience and why you feel you can best serve us and PA Notaries.
Newsletter Positions
We are currently looking for newsletter editors and contributors. This position will be ad hoc and payment will be made for published articles. We are a seeking all types of issues and information articles. we also will have various areas for regular submission. These positions may be come permanent for the right person. Please send suggestions and ideas with a brief resume.
Staff Positions
We are currently looking to hire part time staff in the Monroeville area. This position will be an in home position. This perfect for a stay at home Mom! Hours are yours to schedule. This position involves helping prepare for classes with lots of computer work. You must have a computer with online access. Also must be a commissioned Notary Public. Please send a brief resume.
