There are so many types of work that a Notary can do here in PA that one day does not have enough time to show you. We developed this seminar to encompass the full scope of doing business a Notary Public in PA. This course includes the Basic Notary 101, Advanced Notary 102, Signing Agent 103 and our DMV course.

Your Basic Notary 101 mandatory education is part of this package; you will meet all requirements for new and renewing Notaries education. This course DOES include the ASA certification. The DMV section will teach you how to meet the requirements to become a DMV agent in PA. And we will teach all the procedures and information you need to know on how handle all title transfers. This NOT the mandatory DMV training required for title clerks.This course is pending approval for DMV certification. This course encompasses all of the courses below.

Basic Notary 101

Our Basic Notary 101 course materials for this program have been developed by our staff and approved by the Commonwealth. This is the mandatory education course required for new and renewing notaries public. The class runs for 3 -3 1/2 hours. You will know all the notary basics and then some. If you are becoming a new notary or need your continuing education to reapply, this class is for you. We offer these classes differently than other organizations. We do not believe you should be subjected to sales pitches and membership drives while learning. We are not a membership organization. We do not collect dues. Therefore you pay a substantially lower price and get much more information and education in our programs. At the completion of class we provide you with your certificate of completion.

Accredited Signing Agent

An Accredited Signing Agent is a Notary Public with indepth training in real estate documents and how they are executed by The Notary Academy. There are many organizations that do this. But not all are the same.

The basic definition of a "Signing Agent" is a Notary Public who handles the execution and notarization of mortgage, refinancing and real estate transactions in the Commonwealth of PA. This designation of "Signing Agent" is now being used widely. And it varies from state to state and unfortunately from Notary to Notary. Our course is an in depth training program in these real estate documents and how they are executed. There are many organizations that do this. But not all are the same. They vary in education; training and most are not consistent with PA law.

Our certification course focuses only on PA law. We teach a Notary Public what they can and can not do during a real estate transaction. All of our seminars and courses are taught by experienced providers in their fields. And this class is no different. Title agents, settlement officers and ASAs are the main sources for this course. Their experience and success in the business make this the best and most comprehensive course available for PA Notaries. They are successful as "Signing Agents" and share that knowledge and experience with you, unlike educators who only teach the subject.
DMV Training

In Pennsylvania Notaries provide DMV services to the general public through their offices by becoming DMV Agents. They can handle all types of vehicle transfers. Trucks, cars, motorcycles and trailers, even boats, snowmobiles and ATV's. This part of our seminar teaches you how to set up your business and how to achieve approval from the entities involved. We will not only explain the procedures but make sure you are informed on the laws involved. After attending this one of a kind seminar you will have all the information and education necessary to open your office for DMV work.

We will show you how to handle DMV issues and teach you how to get approved to

  • Instant Renewals issued on the spot.
  • Facilitate the sell/purchase of any motorized vehicle.
  • Issue plates and registration for new residents in PA.

DCNR/PFBC Services

We will teach you to be approved by the (PFBC) Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission along with (DCNR) PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to

  • Facilitate the sell/purchase of any watercraft, ATV or snowmobile.
  • Renew any PA ATV, snowmobile, trailer and boat registration.
  • Issue launch permits for all State Parks in PA.
